Rental applications for every Reign Property Holdings home are handled through TurboTenant — a secure online platform for applications, screening, and rent payments.

How it works

    Pick your home

    Choose the property you'd like to apply for below, or start a general application if you're flexible on which home.

    Complete the TurboTenant application

    You'll be taken to TurboTenant to fill out your rental history, employment, and income. Your information is submitted directly to them — not stored on this website.

  3. 3
    Screening & review

    TurboTenant runs the credit, background, and eviction-history checks, then shares the report with us. Applicants pay the screening fee directly to TurboTenant.

  4. 4
    We follow up

    We review completed applications in the order received and reach out with next steps, usually within a couple of business days.

What you'll need

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of income (recent pay stubs or offer letter)
  • Two years of residence history with landlord contacts
  • Employer contact information
  • Details for every adult who will live in the home — each applies separately
